LIBER8 - The former Lanarkshire Council on Alcohol, Blantyre based Liber8 worked with us to produce the play'Willie Mack' for their launch in late 2007 - anyone can go along to Liber8 to discuss how to limit the effect that alcohol has on your life, and they are a truly inspiring bunch so we are more than pleased to announce plans for a further short piece that will help launch their High-School based project, 'Chill' - Watch this space! STIRLING AND FORTH VALLEYS NETWORK - Family Support Groups in the Forth Valley are moving towards a networking of people and resources so as to provide a fuller service and make the most of what's available. Stirling Family Support Group have now secured funding for the forseeable future, and so it's intended to have a celebratory AGM when future plans will be revealed, local profiles raised and a really enjoyable day's activities for all concerned. And of course, DaisyChain will be there - with a new play! SPS GREENOCK - Recent developments see a return to sunny Greenock where we will work alongside young people to develop self and social confidence, and have a great time while doing it - building on Daisy Chain's experiences of working in enclosed communities and with young people, and the excellence of SPS Greenock's Education Department. SIMPSON HOUSE - or DaisyChain (East) as it almost became in Autumn 2007, will continue to be vital partners in developing the child centred approach that Simpson House are justly acclaimed for - our Christmas present play 2007 was an unforgettable experience and so it will be with absolute pleasure that we make our plans for 2008. SPIRIT AID - a late news item hot off the press where an approach from Spirit Aid to film our play 'Fathers' Day' will soon be under discussion.
